The operator needs to manually load the sterile bag, and then the equipment automatically sends the sterile bag installed in the bag feeding mechanism to the filling station for filling. The bag enters the sterile chamber for advanced pre-sterilization, and then enters aseptic filling. Chamber, the aseptic bag capping, filling machine and capping are completed in the aseptic filling chamber.

Siemens series are used to control filling, cleaning, sterilization, and other actions. PLC measures and controls the temperature and pressure of key parts to ensure that the system is in a sterile state. At the same time, it controls the mechanical movement of the filling machine and cooperates with the flow meter for quantitative filling.

The opening, filling and sealing of the bags are all carried out in a sterile environment. The bagging is completed manually, and the equipment automatically completes the actions of opening, filling, sealing and unloading the bags;

Three steps of pre-sterilization are adopted, and actions such as cap removal, quantitative filling, and capping are completed in the sterile chamber;
