Product Overview
Specially used for continuous low-temperature vacuum concentration of high-viscosity materials such as jam (tomato jam, mango pulp, peach jam, apricot jam, strawberry jam, chili jam, etc.), pulp drinks, syrups, edible gums, etc. The tomato paste can be concentrated from 4.5-5.5%Brix to 28-30%Brix, 30-32%Brix or 36-38%Brix according to the customer's requirements.
This equipment integrates international advanced technology and is manufactured using European food industry standards. The practice of our company in more than 70 production lines in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other places has proven its high quality. The continuous inflow and outflow of materials, material level and final product discharge concentration can be automatically controlled;
Condensed water can be effectively recycled into the steam boiler and reused;
It has the advantages of beautiful and reasonable structure, compact structure, stable operation, high production efficiency, low temperature evaporation, energy saving and environmental protection.
PLC fully automatic control, each control point can be self-tested, using advanced pressure sensing detection technology, the liquid level control accuracy reaches 1mm. The information control center can realize the coordinated operation of upstream and downstream equipment.
